摘要
文章通过对口腔医学技术专业建设实践的总结,从校企双向介入,共同负责人才培养工作,构建产学研一体的管理体制;依靠制度保障,密切校企合作关系,夯实合作基础,实现校企双赢,构建产学研一体的长效育人机制;创新教育工作模式,努力追求产学研一体育人效益的最大化三个方面,概括了专业建设中构建产学研一体的管理体制和长效机制的工作方法。
The paper aims to present a way to construct an educational management system which combines study with manufacture and development by the cooperation of college and enterprises on the basis of the experiences accumulated in the construction of department of stomatology, in which a lasting effective educational mechanism can be developed through their close cooperation which benefits the both sides.this system and mechanism helps to form a new educational pattern by which each side may be mostly benefited.
