目的 探讨极高空腹直糖形成原因分析方法对2006年6月1日～2007年7月31日33例极高血糖的诊治进行了回顾性分析.结果 极高空腹血糖占调查总数的0.1%,其中抽血失误14例,高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷13例,二者占原因的81.8%,用药影响3例,糖尿病酮症酸中毒3例.结论 极高空腹血糖形成非实验失误所为,抽血失误和高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷是极高空腹血糖形成的主要原因.
