肺癌患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3^+调节性T细胞的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的通过研究肺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T淋巴细胞的变化,探讨肺癌的发病机制。方法用荧光标记的单克隆抗体染色外周血单个核细胞,利用流式细胞仪检测CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T淋巴细胞的改变。结果肺癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T淋巴细胞显著增多。结论CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T淋巴细胞的增多与机体的免疫力下降以及肿瘤的发生发展有一定关系。 Objective To explore the developed mechanism of lung cancer by study the Chang of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ T regulate cells in peripheral blood cells.Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) were stained by monovlonsl antibody,and changed proportion of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ T regulate cells were determined by Flow cytometer.Results It increased markedly for proportion of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+T regulate cells in peripheral blood cells of lung cancer patients.Conclusion It has close relation between increase of proportion of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ T regulate cells and weakening of immune conditon and development of cancer.
