应用抗生素继发真菌感染的临床调查及分析

A Survey and Clinical Analysis Based on Fungus Infection due to application antibiotic

目的调查应用抗生素引起继发院内真菌感染的情况,分析原因,引起临床医生的重视,加强抗生素应用的管理。方法对2004年8月至2006年8月期间住院患者真菌培养阳性病例,进行统计,结合临床进行分析。结果应用抗生素继发真菌感染占同期阳性标本的74.8%(91/138),继发真菌感染多发于肿瘤病人及重症体弱的老年人,感染部位多见于肺部及泌尿系统。诱发真菌感染的原因,主要为三种以上抗生素联合应用,引起菌群失调。结论临床选用抗生素,应以细菌培养和药敏试验为理论依据,减少三种以上抗生素的联合应用,避免频繁更换药物和长期使用抗生素。

Objective To investigate the fungus infection caused by the antibiotics,in order to analyse reasons,and causes more attention for clinicians,strengthen the rational administration of antibiotics.Methods The fungus-cultured positive cases among the patients in our hospital from Aug 2004 to Aug 2006 were statistically analysed by integrating with clinic.Results The fungus infection due to the antibiotics holds 74.8%(91/138),the secondary fungus infection patients occurred mainly tumor patients and geriatric patients with poor health,The infection sites lie mostly in lungs and urological tract.the reasons induced fungus infection mosty are combined use of more than 3 kinds of antibiotics,which can cause flora alternation.Conclusions The clinically selected anti-bacterial drugs should base on the bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test,the combined use of more than 3 kinds of anti-bacterial drugs should be reduced and frequently changing the medicine and continuing the administration of anti-bacterial drugs for a long period of time should be avoided.
