冠心病患者血清C3和CRP的水平分析

Complement C3 and C-reactive protein levels in patients with coronary artery disease

目的了解C3、CRP与冠心病(CAD)的相关性。方法测定40名病人(经冠状动脉造影术确诊为典型冠心病)及40名年龄、性别相当的正常对照人群的血清C3、CRP、CHO、TG、HDL、LDL及空腹血糖水平。结果病人组的C3、CRP水平明显高于正常对照组(C3分别为2.94g/l和1.43g/l,P<0.001;CRP分别为19.32mg/l和5.71mg/l,P=0.005)。通过包括C3、CRP、CHO、TG、HDL、LDL及空腹血糖等参数的相关分析,C3与冠心病是独立相关的。结论CAD病人血清C3和CRP水平是升高的,且C3比CRP具有更好的相关性。

Objective The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between complement C3、CRP and coronary artery disease(CAD).Method We measured plasma C3、CRP、CHO、TG、HDL、LDL and fasting blood glucose levels in 40 patients undergoing coronary angiography for typical symptoms of CAD and 40 healthy age and sex matched controls.Results C3 levels were significantly higher in patients compared with controls(2.94g/l and 1.43 g/l respectively;p<0.001).CRP levels were also higher in patients compared with controls(19.32mg/l and 5.71mg/l respectively;p=0.005).In a correlation analysis model including C3、CRP、CHO、TG、 HDL、LDL and fastmg blood glucose,C3 was independently associated with CAD.Conclusion Both C3 and CRP plasma levels are elevated in patients with symptoms of CAD.However,C3 seems to be a better indicator of CAD than CRP in this study.
