慢性乙型肝炎YMDD变异基因的检测及分析

Detection and analysis of YMDD motif mutant hepatitis B virus before and during lamivudine trealment

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎YMDD基因变异规律。方法对未经拉米夫啶治疗和已经治疗的346例慢性乙型肝炎患者采用实时荧光定量PCR检测HBV YMDD变异基因。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV YMDD变异自然存在,随着拉米夫啶用药时间的延长而显著增加。结论拉米夫啶在HBV YMDD变异中起主导作用,动态检测HBV YMDD变异对指导临床用药具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate rule of YMDD motif mutations of the hepatitis B virus polymerase gene before and during lamivudine trealment.Methods Detection of YMDD mutant by real time fluorimetry PCR in 346 patients with chronic hepatitis B of the lamivudine-untreated and during treatment.Results YMDD motif mutations were natural.There were ramarkably highten the along with the time of the lamivudine treatment than.Conclusion Function of lamivudine were leading in the YMDD motif mutants of the hepatitis B virus.The dynamics of their were important value for the treatment of the disease.
