由铜绿假单胞菌引起的呼吸道感染的耐药分析

摘要 目的 了解我院从临床标本中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药趋势,为临床感染的预防和治疗提供参考资料.方法 采用K-B纸片扩散法,按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)制定的标准进行体外药敏试验.结果 复方新诺明的耐药率高达81.1%,对氯霉素、四环素、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟和托布霉素耐药率在50%~77%之间;而哌拉西林、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮和氨曲南的耐药率在30%左右;喹诺酮类、阿米卡星、头孢吡肟的耐药率25%~29%之间;亚胺培南和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率虽然在20%以下,但是,耐药率也有所上升.结论 临床上由铜绿假单胞菌引起呼吸道感染日益增加,耐药率呈上升趋势,尤其对亚胺培南耐药的增加,应引起临床抗感染治疗的高度重视. Objective To study the trend of insecticide tolerance of the Pseudomouas aeruginosa which was separated from our clinical samples.To provide reference information for the clinical infection of prevention and therapy.Methods Adopt K-B antimicrobial resistance methods and chemosensitivity in vitro according to the standard established by the NCCLS.Results The resistance rate of co-trimoxazole is about 81.1%;the rate of chloramphenieol,tetracycline,geatamicin,cefotaxime and tobramyciu is between 50%-77%;the rate of piperacillin,ceftazidime,cefoperazone and aztreonam is about 30%;the rate of quinolones,amikacia,cefepime is between 25%-29%.Though the rate of imipenrm and cefoperazone/ sulbactam is below 20%,the resistance rate is increasing. Conclusions The respiratory infectious disease which aroused by Pseudomouas aeruginosa in clinical is increased day by day.And the resistance rate is raised especially for insecticide tolerance of imipenrm,We should attach great importance to the treatment of clinical resistance infection.
