外周血淋巴细胞微核检测的临床应用价值

The Clinical Evaluation of Micronucleus Detection in Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte

目的探讨淋巴细胞微核检测对血液病,肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断应用。方法本文采用外周血改良淋巴细胞微核检测方法对760例各类疾病患者外周血淋巴细胞微核检测指标(微核细胞率,微核率,微核细胞阳性检出率,微核人员出现率)进行了观察分析;结果所检测的六类疾病,白血病,MDS,贫血,恶性肿瘤,良性肿瘤,其他良性疾病的各项检测指标与正常对照比较均有显著差异(P<0.01);各类疾病中,白血病,恶性肿瘤病人各项检测指标均明显高于其他组。结论淋巴细胞微核检测方法简便,快速,准确,对早期潜在的肿瘤进行诊断及鉴别诊断,较适用基层单位对肿瘤的普查和筛选。

Objective To detect the micronucleus in lymphocyte,to evaluate its clinical significance in diagnose and distinguished diagnose of blood disease and tumor.Methods The reformed peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus's testing method is used,760 cases of patients with different diseases were analyzed.Results The patients of diseases including leukemiaa,MDS,anemia,malignant tumor,benign tumor and other benign diseases,different from the control significantry tested.They were(P<0.01).Conclusion The detection method of lymphocyte micronucleus is convenient,quick and accurate.It can diagnose the malignant tumor in early period.Also,it can be used to screen tumor in junior units.
