摘要
目的建立一种准确可靠、易于临床推广的测定尿液中儿茶酚胺(CAs,包括NE、E、DA)的检测方法。方法采用活性氧化铝吸附标本中CAs,酸解吸附后,以3,4-二羟基苄胺(DHBA)为内标,利用离子对高相液相色谱及电化学检测器进行测定。结果显示NE、E、DA在0.135~100ng/ml浓度范围内与响应值(色谱峰高对内标峰高之比)线性关系良好(r值分别为0.9999、0.9998、0.9998),其方法回收率分别为63.2%~93.4%、65.6%~103.7%7、0.4%~111.3%,CV值为1.23%~19.52%。结论此法简单、准确、灵敏、特异性高,便于临床和实验室推广应用。
Objective To establish a reliable method to detect catecholamines in human urine.Methods The CAs in urine were absorbed by AI2O3,then measured using DHBA as the interal stand.Results Linear calibration curves for NE,E,DA were measured within in a range of 0.135~100ng/ml,and had a good correlation(r=0.9998-0.9999),the recovery rate was 63.2%~111.3% and the intraassay precision(CV)was 1.23%~19.21%.Conclusion This was a simple,accurate,high specific methord to detect CAs in the clinical samples.
