摘要
Hirsch提出的h指数是一个很有创意的科学评价指标,它丰富和推进了文献计量学研究内容,并已在评价科学家个人学术成就、科研集体成果和学术期刊方面发挥着积极作用。在期刊评价方面,h指数与影响因子有很好的互补性,评价结果更为公正可信。本文采用h指数法对SCI收录中国学术期刊的评价结果表明,多数中国学术期刊的国际影响力仍属较低水平,同时指出应该努力推进中国学术期刊从前些年的数量型发展向质量型发展的健康轨道转型,应特别注重提升优秀稿件的竞争力。
H index raised by Hirseh is a very creative science evaluation index,and it enriches and promotes re- search content of bibiometrics,plays a great role in evaluating personnal academic achievement of scientists,research complishment and academic journal.In view of journal evaluation,the result will be more just and reliable if h index combined with impact factor.This paper uses h index to evaluate China academic journals included by SCI,and the result indicates China academic journals' international force is low and we should make efforts to promote China aca- demic journal to change from quantity-oriented to quality-oriented,and raise the force of excellent papers.
