摘要
在当前中国,教育评估的功能有被无限放大的趋势,但事实上我们的教育评估体系和机制还不健全,尚在完善之中,我们不能把教育评估视为一种对教育问题无所不能的“灵丹妙药”,而要冷静认识其积极作用和消极影响,意识到在评估活动中可能存在的各种问题,使各类教育评估活动能够发挥实效,更好地为提高中国的教育质量服务。
In current China, the trend of educational quality evaluation has been enlarged boundlessly. But in fact, our system and mechanism of education evaluation are not perfect, and still being improved. We can not look upon education evaluation as one kind of all-powerful “miraculous cure” to educational problems. We should realize whose positive roles and negative effects calmly, and be aware of that they may cause many negative influences. It can avoid the negative effect of educational evaluation and bring all kinds of education assessment activities actual effect into play. Thus it serves improving Chinese education quality better.
