摘要
20世纪上半叶,美国已有一些学校采用学生评估教师教学的政策,至今已在全世界的大学里被广泛地采用,但研究显示,只用学生回馈不足以作为判断教学的依据,教学评估系统尚有其它多种途径,才能构成完善和系统的程序。东方社会尊师重道的精神已受到学生评估教师教学的冲击,在一些地区开始造成损害。
Some American universities began to use student evaluation as a tool to assess teaching performance in the first half of the 20th century.Research showed that student evaluation should not be the only indicator of teaching performance.It should be supplied by other factors to form a complete evaluation system.The detrimental effect of student evaluation has become serious in tertiary education of some Asian societies.
