文章就如何构建高等学校课堂、实践教学质量全面监控的长效机制,使之成为具有可操作性、经常性、科学性、规范性的教学质量管理、监控体系进行探讨,提出建立基于互联网的全员教学质量评价、监控系统。

Classroom teaching and practice teaching is the main methods in the current high level education,and play an important role in the educating process.But how to develop an system to assess and survey the teaching quality of classroom teaching and practice teaching,which is applicable, regular,scientific,normative,is the hot topic in the management of high level education.This paper introduces the experience of developing teaching quality assessing and surveillance system based on internet.
