摘要
高等教育评估既是我国高等教育发展中不可回避的热门话题,也是富有争议性的话题。本文从不同视角分析了教育的理论和实践领域对综合性评估、评估的角色、多元化评估、民主评估、以评促建的评估功能和评估伦理等问题,以期对在迷途或困惑中的我国高等教育评估找回评估本身应有的角色、正确的方法与真实的价值。
Higher education evaluation (HEE) is now a highly disputed issue in China. This paper proposes some new perspectives to address this issue,reflecting on the conceptions that researchers and practitioners have already had about such topics as student assessment,role of evaluation,pluralistic approach,democratic evaluation,evaluation as a means of improvement and ethics of evaluation. The focus is on the legitimate roles,relevant methods as well as true values of HEE.
