论地方高等师范院校教育学院(系)办学模式改革——基于对山西师大、淮北煤炭师院、西华师大教育学院(系)公共事业管理、教育学专业两届本科毕业生就业状况调查的思考

Dilemma and Outlet of School of Education in Provincial Normal Universities

本文在分析地方高等师范院校教育学院(系)的办学模式基础上,提出相应的改革策略:改革师范本科生的培养模式,促使师范教育向教师教育转轨;调整教育类本科专业培养目标,定位学前、小学师资培养;减少或隔年招收教育专业本科生,缓解学生就业压力;提升教育学院(系)办学层次,培养高素质专家型教师等。

The running patterns of school education in normal universities (colleges) have not adapted to the request of the development of education and society in new period.It has gone into dilemma.In order to get away from the current dilemma and go to the ever-developing road,following strategy could be adopted: reforming the cultivating pattern of the normal undergraduate,making normal education into teachers educa- tion;adjusting the cultivating aims of the students majoring education,aiming the training of pre-school and primary school teachers;reforming the cultivating patterns of normal undergraduate,relieving the em- ployment pressure of the under-graduate;enhancing the running level of school of education of normal uni- versity,training expert teacher of high quality.
