当前我国硕士研究生培养的问题及思考

Challenges and Countermeasures in Master's Degree Programs in China

随着硕士研究生招生规模的扩展,硕士研究生的培养也出现了一些新的问题,这主要表现为:指导教师资源不足,培养目标与培养模式单一化,硕士毕业生就业渐显困难。缓解硕士研究生培养中的矛盾与问题具有现实的必要性,为此,需要加强指导教师队伍建设,继续调整与变革硕士研究生的培养目标与培养模式,并从加强制度与政策建设入手,疏通硕士毕业生就业渠道。

As the scale of enrollment of master's degree students is expanded,some challenges in master's degree programs are emerging.These challenges include:lack of supervisors,mono-aim and mono-model, and more and more difficulties in the placement of the graduates.It is of great significance to reduce the challenges and difficulty in education of master's degree students.Accordingly the training of supervisors should be strengthened,the aims and models of training be adjusted,and the more chances be offered to the graduates through the intervention of policy and institutional reforms.
