大学制度就是为大学职能的实现提供保障和支持。我国大学职能的内涵随着大学内外部环境的变化而有了新的拓展,现行的大学制度不能够很好地完成其历史使命,以生态观来建立新的现代大学制度以弥补现行大学制度的不足是非常必要的。

It is the university system to provide guarantee for realizing the university function .The meaning of our university function has expanded with the change of its inside and outside environment, but the current university system can't accomplish its historic mission very well. So we must build a new university system, which is the modern university system, to make up its deficiency, and provide development orientation for the modern university.
