当前,我国高校尚存在许多与建设创新型国家不相适应的体制性、制度性障碍。只有改革高校科研体制、高校教师考评制度、高校人才培养制度等方面的弊端,高校才能在建设创新型国家中发挥更大的作用。

At present, there are a lot of institutional barriers existing in many colleges and universities which are not suitable to establish an innovative country . Only to change the defects of university research system,teacher evaluation system and the personnel training system,universities can play a greater role in establishing an innovative country.
