摘要
我国高校教师队伍建设中存在一些问题,教师队伍的总量仍不能适应高校扩招的需要、教师队伍的整体结构有待进一步优化、教师管理缺乏科学合理的评价激励机制、中青年教师生存环境堪忧、教师专业发展未能形成有效的机制。对此提出了相应的对策。
It is one of necessary measurements for the prosperity of universities and colleges by strengthening the faculty teams. With the continuous development of Chinese universities and colleges, we confront with more and more problems and challenges in faculty teams'building. Thus some countermeasures are made.
