摘要
通过对文化、大学文化和创新文化内涵的考察,提出了构建大学创新文化的途径:建设"以人为本"的创新文化;大力推进学校体制机制创新;营造鼓励创新、宽容失败的环境;摒弃急功近利、急于求成的浮燥习性等。
To begin with the connotations of culture, university culture and the innovative culture, some approaches to construct the innovative culture of universities are put forward: to construct the innovative culture of 'human-orientation', to advance the innovation of the system and mechanism of universities, to cultivate the atmosphere of encouraging innovation and tolerating failures, to abolish the habit of eager for quick success and instant benefit.
