摘要
目的了解和掌握十堰市社区卫生服务人力资源基线数据,为制定相关人事及培训计划和政策提供参考。方法对2006年十堰市社区卫生服务基线调查材料进行统计分析。结果十堰市3个城区共有社区卫生服务中心12家,社区卫生服务站57个,全部为非营利性机构。共有社区卫生服务人员863人,其中卫技人员740人,占85.75%,医护比为1∶0.67。结论十堰市社区卫生服务人力资源总量基本符合国家相关标准,社区卫生职称评审机制存在一定欠缺,即职称与学历对应性差,有待完善。
Objective To understand and hold the basic data about the human resources of community health service in Shiyan City,it's helpful for making trainning plan and related policy.Method the data from the baseline survey about community health service in Shiyan City in 2006.Results In three districts of Shiyan,there are 12 community health centers and 57 stations,and totally 863 staff.The health personnel is accounted of 85.75%,and the doctor nurse ratio is 1∶0.67.Conclusions The quantity of human resources of community health services in Shiyan City is accordant with national standards,but the structure and the mechanism for job title assessment need to be improved.
