摘要
素质教育需要健全的大学招生多元评价、多样录取制度。现阶段中国的国情决定了大学招生必须设置学业选拔考试——高考。而减轻高考负担,就是实事求是地逐步将本不应该由高考承载的压力,切分到其他必须的载体上去。在招生评价中,降低一次性选拔考试成绩的权重,增加其他必须的素质评价的权重,赋予大学充分的招生自主权,是实现大学招生多元评价、多样录取的基本保证。
The quality-oriented education requires the perfect system of multi-factor assessment and the diversified admissions to college & university.The realities in China demand the college entrance examination (CEE),which is the necessary selective examination for college admissions.The effective way to lessen the burden of the CEE is transfer the functions,which should not have been embedded in CEE, to where it should be. The essential elements for realizing multi-factor assessment in order to diversify college admissions lies in reducing the weight of the CEE however increasing the one of other necessary quality-oriented evaluation and entrusting the college authority more decision-making power in admissions.
