关于高校招生改革的辩证思考

本文建议高考应该由各省市命题过渡到由几个高校命题中心命题的轨道。建议以设置高考准入门槛的办法来降低高考成绩在录取环节中的权重,而不宜采用高考加分的办法。要做好高校招生的多元化建设,特别是搞好部分高校的自主招生。不应该增加高考科目。设想了提高作文在选拔中的地位的办法。讨论了高校招生改革的紧迫性和稳妥性的关系。必须打破应试教育的一统天下,但可以容忍它作为一个局部继续存在。

It is suggested that several universities instead of every province should make the topic assignment of university entrance examination. Some thresholds should be set up and the university entrance examination should be considered as lower proportion.One of the most important things to the university enrolment reform is the pluralistic construction, especially independent enrolment in some universities.Increasing of subjects of university entrance examination is not recommended.Chinese composition will play a more important role during the selection. The relationship between urgency and reliability of the enrolment reform was discussed.As a leading position, examination-oriented education must be broken, but it could further exist as a part of education.
