治理考试作弊应当纳入法律规范

Administering the Cheat in Examination should be Carried out According to Law

近些年来,几乎每次国家级考试都会爆出作弊的丑闻,且愈演愈烈,考试环境十分严峻。考试作弊不仅严重损害国家考试制度的公平公正和权威性,而且破坏了社会的诚信理念,加剧了整个社会的信用危机。“情节严重”的考试作弊行为已经明显地涉嫌犯罪,应当依法制裁。必须加强考试法制建设,从法律制度上净化各类考试作弊赖以生存的土壤,并对现行考试选拔制度进行更加深入的改革和完善,特别是要尽快制定统一的《国家考试法》。通过法律治理手段有效预防和遏制考试作弊,依法规范国家考试的秩序,促进国家考试的良性发展,真正实现依法治考。

There always are varieties of cheat,which appears a worsening characteristic,in examination every year over the whole world.The cheating in examination gravely impairs not only the justice and authority of the national examination regulations but also the faith idea,which causes the credibility crisis in the entire society.Because some of the grievous cheating in examination that had violate the related law and should be punished by the law,we have to enact examination laws so as to purify the examination environment by law.In order to reform and perfect our current examination regulation and cadre selecting system national examination law should be drawn up.Standardizing the order of examination,entering national examination into virtuous circle and administer examination according the related law would be realized.
