摘要
教师的评价行为会促使幼儿形成积极或消极的自我概念,也会影响幼儿的评价标准及评价语言。教师应该大力发扬民主,慎重评价幼儿,选择适宜的评价方式具体评价幼儿。帮助幼儿形成积极健康的自我概念。
Teachers'assessment will produce influences on the formation of children's positive or negative self image,as well as children's standards and language for their self assessment.Teachers should adopt democratic attitude towards children's behavior,and carefully select ways and words when assessing children so as to help children to form positive and healthy self image.
