摘要
面对儿童挑战规则的不当行为,教育者适当使用惩罚行为策略,有利于维持教育理性,提升教育价值。惩罚教育的行为策略主要包括移走策略、合理后果策略、身体限制策略和情境补救策略。在使用惩罚策略时,教育者首先应该确认儿童已经接收到有关规则的言语信息。在确认儿童是故意破坏规则后,教育者应该关注儿童的个体差异,因材施教,对不同个性的儿童采用不同的惩罚教育策略。
Behavior strategies are both beneficial to preserve the reason and efficacy of the regular education. There are moving strategy, reasonable consequence strategy, body limited strategy and environment saving strategy in the regular education. Before applying behavior strategies, educators must be sure that children have accepted the lingual information. Attention should also be paid to the individual differences between children when behavior strategies are applied.
