摘要
道德领导强调对团体成员的专业价值观、理念、理想、责任感、义务感等的激发,其管理思路符合幼儿园课程管理的自主性特点,迎合了幼儿园课程管理的需要,因而道德领导可以成为幼儿园课程管理的新思路。实施道德领导的幼儿园课程管理需要建构学习共同体,建设团体精神,畅通沟通渠道,落实授权赋能,同时领导者要确立以身作则、服务教师和幼儿的观念。
Moral leadership emphasizes the group members’ professional value, conception, ideal,responsibility and duty, conforms to the characteristics of self management of preschool curriculum and meets the needs of curriculum management.The implementation of moral leadership needs kindergartens to establish learning community with strong team spirit, and to keep communication channels open.
