信息不对称理论是当代信息经济学的核心内容,它也适用于分析幼儿园的管理。幼儿园管理中存在着幼儿园与家长、幼儿园与小学、幼儿园与社区等多方面的信息不对称现象。为消除这些信息不对称现象,建议建立幼儿综合素质档案和家长数据库,不断创新家园互动形式。

Unbalanced information acquiring is the core of modern information economics, which can also be applied in the management of kindergartens. Information gaps do exist between kindergartens and parents, preschool and primary education, kindergartens and community. At the end of the paper, the author puts forward some suggestions to deal with those issues.
