摘要 本文主要是将国家质量监督检验检疫总局产品质量监督司编制的《食品质量安全市场准入审查通则》(2004版)的附表《食品生产加工企业必备条件现场表》核查要素与GB/T 19001—2000《质量管理体系要求》进行对照比较,试图让已通过GB/T 19001认证的企业在申请食品生产许可证时了解申请食品生产许可证有关要求和GB/T 19001的区别,补充完善申请食品生产许可证需要的相关文件和材料.以备顺利通过食品生产许可证的现场核查,早日获得食品生产许可证。 The paper carries out contrast between check elements in On-the-spot Check List for Necessary Conditions of Food Production & Process Enterprise attached to the General Principles for the Examination of Food Quality Safety for Market Access (2004) drafted by the Product Quality Supervision Department of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and GB/T 19001-2000 Quality Management Systems-Requirement to make the enterprise passed GB/T19001 certification understand requirements relevant to application for food production license and difference between the requirements and those of GB/T19001 and complete necessary relative documents and materials in order to successfully pass on-the-spot check for food production license and obtain the license as early as possible.
