摘要
目的了解武汉市卫生服务机构人力资源现状,分析其原因,并提出相应的对策。方法采用定量和定性相结合,并运用统计学进行分析。结果社区卫生服务机构人力资源配置不合理。完善社区卫生服务筹资和补偿机制,建立合理的人才流动机制和加大人才的培养力度,提高社区医务人员的待遇水平,要完善社区卫生服务运行机制,提高医务人员的工作积极性。
Objective To know the status of human resource of the community health service in Wuhan, and to put forward some of suggestions for policy making. Method Qualitative and quantitative methods were used. Result It is found that the allocation of human resource of CHS was not rational. Recommodation: Perfecting the financial and compensating mechanism, and founding a rational in-out and training mechanism of health personnel in CHS.
