西部贫困地区新型农村合作医疗试点运行与合理用药分析

Analysis on the Progress of New Cooperative Medical Scheme Pilot and Rational Drug Use in Western Poor Rural Areas

目的探讨西部贫困地区新型农村合作医疗的试点运行对药物合理使用的影响。方法运用快速评价法、描述性统计分析方法对合作医疗处方的用药情况进行客观分析。结果合作医疗处方的平均处方费用为13.05元,平均处方用药种数2.91种,20元以内的处方占抽样处方的80.23%,抗生素联合使用率、激素使用率、激素与抗生素联合使用率、注射使用率分别为9.20%、5.06%、2.53%、6.67%,均低于普通门诊处方的使用率。结论西部贫困地区新型农村合作医疗的试点运行极大地促进了药品的合理使用,降低了处方费用,在一定程度上减轻了广大农民的疾病负担。

Objective To research the effects worked by The New Cooperative Medical Scheme(NCMS) on the rational drug use in western poor rural areas.Methods Quick evaluation and descriptive study were explored to analyze the drug use in prescription of NCMS.Results The average expenditure per NCMS prescription was 13.05 yuan and the average number of drug was 2.91.The proportion of prescription,of which expenditure below 20 yuan,was 80.23% in samples.The use rates of multi-antibiotics,hormone,antibiotics-hormone,injection were 9.20%,5.06%,2.56%,6.67% respectively,which all were below the outpatient prescription use rate.Conclusions The implementation of NCMS in western poor areas accelerates rational drug use,reduces the prescription expenditure,and lightens the farmer's disease burden in a certain extent.
