A Survey on Public Hospital Reform in Guangzhou City

公立医院改革是医疗体制改革的重要内容。为了解广州市公立医院改革的状况,尤其是卫生行政管理人员、医院管理人员对公立医院改革的看法,围绕“医院已经开展的改革和取得的成效、被调查者对公立医院改革路径的选择、被调查者对医疗保障制度和政府职能在医院改革中作用的看法”等方面,采用现场一对一无记名问卷方法进行调查,并对调查结果进行了分析和讨论。

Public hospital reform is one of important parts of health care reform. To understand the status of the reform of the public hospitals in Guangzhou City, in particular to understand the views of health administrators and hospital managers on the reform of the public hospitals, we carried out a survey focusing on the reforms and achievments, the respondents' choices on the path of reform and their views on the medical insurance system and the government's functions in the reform of the hospitals, the investigation was carried out by using the secret questionnaire and face to face interviewing, and the investigation results were analyzed and discussed.
