A New Exploration on Coordinated Growth of Teachers by Taking "Three in One" as the Leading Factor

创建国家示范性高等职业院校,师资队伍素质与能力的全面发展是关键的要素。公安高职院校必须坚持以科学发展观为统领,以"三者合一"能力培养战略为主导,打造一支集"德育辅导者、业务传授者、实战带领者"为一体的师资队伍,建立健全师资队伍建设的一系列培养、使用、考评制度,不断推动师资队伍的全面协调发展,实现公安教育训练工作的可持续发展。

The coordinated growth of the quality and ability of teachers is a key component to found the national demonstrative vocational school. Police academies must persevere in the concept of scientific development and take the strategic policy of ＂Three in One＂ as leading factor in order to cultivate a rank of teachers who merging tutors and leaders into an organic whole. At the same time, we should perfect cultivated system and estimated mechanism and propel the coordinated growth of teachers forward for realizing the sustained development of police education.
