As s guiding theory for team morale,not only is Transactional Analysis (TA)used to guide students to understand their own situation and to communicate with others freely,but also provides certain styles of thinking which can foster their personal ability to adapt to their chosen profession.Currently,because private education institutions promote the establishment of a solid education foundation along with a cooperative spirit,TA is destined to become a significant contributor to the theoretical foundation of such institutions.
