摘要
为了实现对输液器液体点滴速度的自动调节和控制,通过对液体点滴实际情况进行分析,得到液体点滴速度的数学模型,并提出液滴速度的模糊控制算法。在此基础上,设计了一套基于PC机和89C52单片机的智能液体点滴速度监控系统。该系统以对输液器液体点滴速度、液位高度等参数实时检测数据为依据,通过电机调节点滴管壁的横截面积,实现对多个床位液体点滴速度的快速、准确控制,并提供了对异常状况的报警支持,在临床应用中取得了良好的效果。
We don’t only make a math model of the practice,but also design the control system base on our carefully analysis and the results of experiments.The main units of the control system are PC and microchip 89C52,its work procedure as follow:The MCU can generate PWM waves,which changes by special PID that is our design based on feeds of mass transducer and velocity transducer,then these waves drive motor adjust the square of the pipage,thus we can control the velocity of drops.
