摘要
交流分析学(Transactional Analysis略TA)是由Berne E(1910～1970)始创的理论。近60年来,该理论被应用于家庭、教育、企业、医疗等各行业当中,用于研究人的个性、人格、品格。随着市场经济的深入发展,学生如何运用市场需求准则发现自我,开拓自己的职业道路,显然是越来越重要了。交流分析学作为集团意识修养的理论,不仅可以指导如何理解自己的状态并自如地与人沟通与交际,也为培养自身的职业能力提供了一定的思路。
As s guiding theory for team morale,Transactional Analysis (TA) is not only used to guide students to understand their own situation and to communicate with others freely,but also provides certain styles of thinking which can foster their personal ability to adapt to their chosen profession.Currently,because private education institutions promote the establishment of a solid education foundation along with a cooperative spirit,TA is destined to become a significant contributor to the theoretical foundation of such institutions.Communiction models are discussed in this paper.
