Thinking on a New Model of Investment and Financing for Guangzhou Asian Games 2010

针对举办2010年亚运会所出现的两大基本问题,即体育场馆和城市基础配套设施建设方式以及巨额资金来源,提出解决的基本途径是:建立体育场馆和城市基础配套设施投资新机制,大胆引入风险投资举办亚运会,组建广州体育产业基金,发行亚运会债券,设立广州体育信贷所,大力开展亚运会产权交易。

The purpose of the paper is to solve two basic problems of the Asian Games 2010, which are the construction of gymnasium and the urban infrastructure as well as the sources of fund. It also introduces some ways to solve these problems.
