激励性的研发人员薪酬分配

摘要 在经济竞争异常激烈的环境下,具有高知识和高技能的研发人员对于一个科研型企业发展来说具有重要的意义,他们是企业发展的生命线,然而对于这些研发人员的薪酬分配问题,却存在着很多的问题能否用恰当的薪酬分配机制吸引和留住更多的人才是企业薪酬管理成功与否的重要评价标准。因此对于科研人员薪酬管理日益受到企业管理者和学者的重视,恰当的薪酬管理可以给企业带来无限的竞争力和生机。
