摘要
本文将《查特莱夫人的情人》中的康妮与《包法利夫人》中的爱玛两位女性形象进行比较。在劳伦斯和福楼拜的笔下,康妮与爱玛可以说都是一个追求理想的性爱生活的女性形象,然而在追求理想的过程中却又走着不同的道路,以至于导致截然相反的结局。康妮在性爱追求中最终获得了再生,成了一个真正的女人,而爱玛在性爱的追求中却走向了毁灭。这两种截然相反的结局体现了她们之间存在着的关于性爱理想的差异性认知。
The article shows the two female images comparison between Connie in Lady Chatterley's Lover and Emma in Madame Bovary.In D.H.Lawrence's and Gustave Flaubert's writings,Connie and Emma,both of them were the female images who were pursuing the ideal sexual life.However,in the process of pursuing their ideals,they had so different ways that the results turned out contrary to their expectations,Connie achieved regeneration and became a real woman,but Emma resulted in ruin.These two opposite ends showed that they had different understandings of ideal sexual love.
