摘要
当前中国高校普遍存在的问题是,始终未将教师专业发展作为学校管理的一项重要任务来看待。本文从我国大学教师的现状出发,分析了大学教师的特点,并在此基础上阐述了大学教师专业发展的内涵。最后从构建合作型教师文化、引入发展性评价、建立终身教育学习培训体系三个方面对促进大学教师专业发展的机制进行了探索。
One currently common problem in Chinese tertiary schools is that lecturer’s vocational development has never been regarded as a significant task in school management.Based on the current situation of the lecturers,this paper will analyze the characteristics of lecturers in tertiary schools and expound the concept of their vocational development.Finally,the paper will explore ways of promoting lecturer’s vocational development in terms of cultivating cooperative culture,introducing developmental evaluation,and establishing lifelong educational training system.
