摘要
针对高职教育的特殊性,本文提出高职院校管理体制改革应强化"以人为本"的管理理念,以绩效管理为前提,构建人力资源管理模式,为高职教育提供可发展的平台。
Dedicated to the unique nature of tertiary education in higher vocational colleges,this article illustrates the 'people-oriented' concept in the current management reform of higher vocational colleges,demonstrates the importance of sustainable development of professional education,and concludes that a human resource management model based on performance management is an effective way to achieve these objectives.
