我们通过文献资料和问卷调查法,对老年体育热的现象进行了深层的剖析和反思,认为应正确看待老年体育热现象中所出现的问题,加强对老年体育文化的培建,同时以老年体育文化为热点,构建全民和谐体育文化,使老年体育热遍全民。

We have carried on deep analysis and introspection to the phenomenon that old sports is hot through the documents and materials and questionnaire investigation method,think that should treat the question that appear in the hot phenomenon of old sports correctly,the ones that strengthened to old sports culture were banked up with earth and building,regarded old sports culture as the focus at the same time,construct the whole people's harmonious sports culture,make old sports hot all over the whole people.
