非小细胞肺癌患者γδT细胞和NKT细胞及其亚群检测的意义

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者γδT细胞、自然杀伤性T(NKT)细胞及相关亚群细胞免疫功能状态及其意义。方法用荧光标记的单克隆抗体染色,流式细胞仪检测外周血γδT细胞、NKT细胞及相关亚群的水平。结果NSCLC患者γδT细胞、CD_(56)^+γδT细胞、CD_(56)^-γδT细胞、NKT细胞、γδT^+NKT细胞绝对计数和γδT细胞、γδT^-NKT细胞相对计数显著低于正常对照;NKT细胞、γδT^+ NKT细胞、γδT^-NKT细胞相对计数和γδT^-NKT细胞绝对计数与正常对照比较,差异无统计学意义。γδT细胞与NKT细胞相关性分析结果,正常对照无相关性,NSCLC人群呈正相关关系(r=0.426,P= 0.009)。结论NSCLC患者γδT细胞、NKT细胞及其亚群细胞数量显著低于正常对照,NSCLC人群γδT细胞与NKT细胞呈正相关关系。 Objective To open out new method,we probe into immune function ofγδST and NKT cells in NSCLC.Methods The peripheral blood cells were stained with antibodies labeled with fluorescence in NSCLC,γδT,NKT and their set group cells were counted with flow cytometry.Results The absolute counts ofγδT,CD^+_(56)γδT,CD^-_(56)γδT,NKT andγδT^+ NKT cells in NSCLC was significantly lower than that of normal controls.The relative counts of NKT,γδT^+ NKT,γδT^-NKT and CD^+_56γδT cells in NSCLC was not sig- nificantly lower than that of normal control.The absolute counts ofγδT cells in NSCLC positively correlated to the number of NKT cells,(r=0.426,P=0.009).Conclusion The absolute counts ofγδT,NKT and their set ground cells in NSCLC was significantly lower than that of normal controls.In NSCLC the relation of theγδT and NKT had positive correlation.
