互联网境遇中高校共青团工作的新思路

作为先进青年的群众组织,高校共青团如何在网络阵地体现先进性,发挥战斗力,已成为当下面临的新课题。本文通过对网络信息传播新特点和互联网给高校共青团工作带来的影响进行研究,从工作阵地、队伍建设、网络管理、工作模式等三个方面入手,探索互联网境遇中高校共青团工作新思路。

As an advanced non-government organization,how to show its advancement and to play its leading role in the network have become the new tasks for the Communist Youth League in colleges.The article has made research in the characteristics of the spreading of Internet information and its effects on the work of CYL in colleges,and explores the new working methods under the influence of Internet from three perspectives: the construction,the management and the working models.
