新形势下应加强导师对研究生德育工作

导师在研究生的培养过程中起着至关重要的作用。在现阶段德育工作中存在导师注重业务学习,轻视德育工作,德育工作体制不健全等问题,造成了研究生管理上的脱节,出现了一系列的问题。在研究生德育工作中提出要营造全员育人的氛围,合理、充分发挥导师在党建工作中的地位,规范导师德育考核机制,搭建导师德育工作平台,找准导师德育工作切入点等建议,进一步提高研究生的德育工作管理水平。

Tutors have an very important role during the postgraduate culturing,but now there are still many problems in ideological and political work,such as paying great attention to science research,looking down on the ideological and political work,working system is not perfect and so on.On the basis of these,some suggestions are given in this article:All the teachers must pay attention to the postgraduate ideological and political work;The tutor should attribute to the Party's construct work sufficiently and reasonably,The tutor working rule of ideological and political work must be strict and normative,the environment must be suitable for them,we must find the exact working point and so on.Thus manage level of the postgraduate ideological and political work can be improved greatly.
