Viewing the Relation between State and the Construction of Civilian Society from Philosophic Angle

国家与市民社会建构的关系,一直是建构中国市民社会的重要问题。在对中国国家与市民社会关系的研究中,有“新权威主义”、“民主先导论”和“强国家——强社会”关系模式,都强调国家权威对社会的介入,但都忽视了市民社会的相对独立性。然而,承认市民社会与国家的相对独立性才是正确认识二者关系的前提,只有保证二者的相对独立,特别是市民社会的相对独立性,才能真正实现市民社会的发展和完善以及国家与市民社会关系的协调发展。

The relation between state and the construction of civilian society is always an important problem.In the study of this problem in China,these patterns like 'new authoritarianism','priority democracy' and 'strong country——strong society' strengthen national authority's intervention in society,but ignore the independence of civilian society.However,the relative independent relation between state and civilian society,particularly the relative independence of civil society,is the premise to understand their relation correctly,and only in keeping them relative independent can we realize the development and perfection of civilian society,and the coordinated development of state and the civilian society.
