对我国宪法监督模式借鉴美国司法审查制度的思考

Consideration on the Supervision uodel of China's Constitution Consulting American Judicial Examination System

美国司法审查制度历史渊深,理论基础雄厚,再加之实践性强,对于我国宪法监督模式有着无可比拟的借鉴作用。但根据我国国情,完全照搬是不可行的,有些可直接适用,有些则需要根据中国的情况适当的变通。

American judicial examination system bears impaccable experience to draw on for the supervision model of Chinese constitution with its long history solid theoretical basis and practical nature.But on the basis of Chinese national conditons,it is impossible to copy American model completely.So some are suitable to be used directly and some others are necessary to be adjusted accotding to the conditions of China.
