摘要
经济的崛起并没有使中国成为真正意义上的强国。对外传播发展的滞后,严重影响了中国实现政治和文化意义上的强势,构建"中国话语权"。本文以大众传播的"媒介素养"理论为基础,探讨了作为跨文化传播中介的媒体翻译工作者的基本传播素养,分析了我国目前一些地方媒体在对外传播中所存在的问题,并且提出要加强"译者"的媒介素养教育,充分发挥"译者"在传播中的中介作用。
The rapid development of economy has not made China a strong country in a sense. The weakness in China external communication has prevent China from becoming worldwide powerful both culturally and politically. Based on the theory of Media Education, this paper discusses the essential Media Literacy those translators working for media should have developed in cross-culture communication; it also analyzes the problems of the local media and puts forward the idea of strengthening the Media Education of the translators and making them play the medium role in China External Communication.
