Factors Influencing University Students' Employment and the Corresponding Strategies

在任何一个社会,大学生都是思维活跃、富于创新的高智力群体。在中国,大学生的价值取向可以说就是中国社会转型的思想折射。他们有极其敏锐的感受力,价值观极易受社会环境变迁的影响,在社会急剧变化和转型期间,大学生的价值取向时常成为社会变迁的晴雨表,其心路历程注定复杂和曲折。本研究旨在考察社会因素对大学生价值观的影响以及价值取向与职业定位之间的关系,为大学生勾勒心理成长与价值取向变迁的"路线图",帮助大学生排除一系列不利于就业的心理因素。

University students are a group with active-mindedness, creativity and intelligence in any given society. Chinese university students' concept of values, which are vulnerable to the impact of social environment due to their sensitivity, may be described as a reflection of the social transformation of Chinese society. During the period of dramatic social transformation, their concept of values is a weather-report meter which reflects the complexity of their psychology. This paper attempts to explore the social factors which influence the value concepts of university students and the relations between the value concepts and their choice of professions. The author intends to provide a map of the psychological development of university students and the changes of their value concepts and thus help the university students to get rid of the psychological factors which exert unfavorable influence on their choice of professions.
