改革开放以来,我国的"社会保障"从一个简单的概念走向一个完整的制度,正好经历了整整20年的时间。回顾这一历程,值得我们骄傲,但也需要我们反思。社会保障基金的投资方向选择可谓重中之重,这正是本文所要思考的问题。

Since reform and opening up, China's 'social security' developed from a simple concept to a complete system, undergoing a full twenty years. Recalling the history, we should be proud of, but we need to reflect on it . The choice of the investment of social security fund is the most important thing, this is the major issue of this paper.
